Detailed Problem Description

WMS501 - VAS Exception Report is failing daily in the BOBJ Production server from 08/18/2014.
Below is the error message for WMS501 report in Production and Development server.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to run the report adding/removing restriction formulas.
2. Need to run the report with adding/removing Groups.
3. Need to run the report with only Details section.
4. Need to run the report for each level.
5. Need to run the report by restricting some Customers.
6. Need to run the report by restricting Sales Reps.
7. Need to run the report using NEC NED datasource.
8. Need to run the report by restricting days in the restriction formulas.
9. Need to break the report to show data for days range.

Resolution

1. Need to include values to the Days parameter that can accept 0-60, 61-120, 121 - 180 & 181 - 240 days range.
2. Need to add the days restriction in the selection formulas.
3. Need to add description for respective formulas.
